Disclosures Sent Borrower Action
Initial disclosures are generated and sent to the borrower(s) for electronic signature. Disclosure requirements vary by loan type and state.

Conditional Approval AHL Action
Great news—your loan has received Conditional Loan Approval (CLA)! The underwriter has approved the loan subject to specific conditions that must be satisfied before closing.

CD Sent AHL Action TRID Loans Only
For TRID-applicable loans, the Closing Disclosure (CD) is issued to the borrower based on the target settlement date. Federal regulations require a 3-business-day waiting period before closing.

All conditions have been satisfied and the loan has received final underwriting approval. The file is now cleared for document preparation and closing.
